Up for sale is a 2022 Ernie Ball Music Man StingRay Short Scale (30"). This is a limited run (reportedly only around 350 pieces made in this finish).
To be absolutely clear: this is a fully passive instrument with a push/push volume pot for a passive gain boost.
It’s built for someone who wants the modern, aggressive StingRay punch (thanks to the neodymium humbucker) but needs the comfort of a shorter scale. The bass sits thick in the mix with a lot of midrange presence – it is not a mellow, vintage-sounding short scale.
Condition & Specs:
Please PM me if you have specific questions.
I am open to trades - looking for classic P-bass or Jazz Bass.

Condition & Specs:
- Condition: Excellent. The roasted maple neck is straight, and the frets show no wear. Hardware works flawlessly.
- Weight: Quite light, I would guess around 3,5kg - will check and provide exact
- Dead spots: [Napisz prawdę: "None that I can hear on the G string" LUB "Typical slight volume drop on the G string around the 6th fret, standard for this scale"].
- Strings: Freshly set up. I am including a spare set of Ernie Ball Cobalt Flats, which pair perfectly with this neodymium pickup to tame the highs and balance the string tension.
- Includes the original Music Man hardshell case.
