Ken Smith Burner from 1990.
According to the previous owner, the parts were made in Japan, and then assembled by mr. Ken Smith himself in their USA workshop. That’s his signature on the inside of the cavity cover!
The pickups are active EMG’s, and the preamp is swapped out for a Trickfish IPA.
The Trickfish is a preamp with loads of options programmable on the PCB by hand, without soldering.
The neck is very comfortable, and the weight is 3.4kgs.
I do not have a case or a gigbag for the bass, that why it is best to came test the bass or meet halfway.
I am open to exchange with a 5 string bass, preferably not very heavy.
The price is reasonably negotiable.
