This PGM Moon JJ-4 bass guitar is a premium, handcrafted instrument from Japan’s renowned PGM Moon brand. This model is known for its exceptional build quality and rich, articulate tone. This is the same JJ-4 model used by Larry Graham and Pino Palladino.
It is an active jazz bass with an ash body, maple neck and ebony fingerboard. It's powered by two Bartolini pickups and a Bartolini TBT preamp. The build quality and playability are excellent. There is some play wear due to the age of the bass (built around 1997), but overall it looks great and is in very good playable condition. Frets are in good condition, the truss rod works ok and the action is very low. Just a great bass overall!
The color is translucent blue (hard to photograph, it reality its more blue than in the pictures),
The bass can be shipped across the EU in a very solid box
