For sale is a beautiful Maruszczyk Elwood L 4p-24 from 2015.
Thanks to the use of acoustic chambers and the use of a smaller headstock, the L series Elwoods are one of the lightest basses from the Polish-German company. This particular model weighs very little, less than 3.2 kg.
Specifications:
The bass is in almost perfect condition - there are literally two dots (mini dings) on the body and neck... And that's it. Both visually and organoleptically it gives the impression of a new instrument. Currently, the action of the strings is set at a super comfortable level of 1.5-1.7 mm above the 12th fret. I would compare the neck to a slim P-bass: it is quite thin, but wider than in the Fender Jazz Bass.
When it comes to sound, we have a lot of bottom and air with a slightly withdrawn top. With the right setting of the pickups, you can get an almost acoustic sound. Although the Bassculture pickups have a very strong signal for passives, they show a lot of... Well, culture - they do not overdrive, do not "clip" and, of course, do not hum. In my opinion, this is a bass suitable for lighter genres or traditional rock, in harder playing it may lack aggressiveness.
Accoustically the bass itself talks very loudly and resonates strongly.
Possibility of playing in Poznan, Poland, or safe shipping within the EU.
